Through the Vault, it's easy to set alerts for when one of your policies is coming up for renewal. On the Vault tab, scroll down to the "Upload a file" box and select the type of document you'll be adding.
If you select Breakdown policy or Insurance Policy, you'll be given the option to set a reminder 30 days before it expires; if you do want to set a reminder, choose "Yes", click in the box below labelled "Renewal/ Expiry Date", and select the correct date from the pop up calendar. If you've chosen insurance, you'll also be asked to select which type of insurance document you're uploading, i.e. Home, Pet, Car etc.
To set up a SMS reminder just supply a mobile number in the box provided
When you've registered the document details, click "Select file" this will open the documents on your computed. You can now select which ever document you'd like a reminder for and when you're happy, click upload.
